Storyline 360 - Custom Menus in E-Learning

Challenge #79 was to create a custom menu for an eLearning project. During my days as a practicing speech language pathologist, author Eric Carle was one of my go-tos for the kids. The books are short, simple, and have great graphics. This was my inspiration for this E-Learning Heroes challenge. How can you incorporate Eric Carle's books in speech therapy sessions and what words can you target?
